Obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, it has a brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose, a scent of hawthorn and cherry blossoms gradually opens into fruity notes of green apple and apricot with delicate nuances of dried fruit, hazelnut and almond. On the palate it is balanced with pleasant citrine sensations that balance the sweet notes of the Chardonnay grape.
