Upsidedown Grenache Whole Cluster is a red wine from the Yakima Valley AVA in Washington state. It's made from Grenache grapes that are partially fermented using the whole-cluster method, which means that many of the berries are not crushed before fermentation. The wine has a bright, amiable nose with notes of fresh red raspberry, bing cherry, wild strawberry, and wet stone minerality. It also has savory aromas of chocolate, pepper, mint, and fresh thyme.
