Maloof's Johan Rouge de Gris is a light-bodied red wine made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes, specifically from the biodynamically farmed Johan Vineyard in Oregon's Van Duzer Corridor AVA. The wine undergoes a unique process of full maceration, with a portion fermented on skins and another carbonically, resulting in a blend of flavors that includes warm aromatics of fall spices and vibrant notes of cranberry and cherry.
