Grapes are pressed directly into stainless steel tanks for fermentation, and a small amount of grapes are fermented on skins for 12 hours 
Aging
Aged for 7 months in tanks before bottling 
Flavor
Described as fresh, with tastes of pineapple, yuzu, and grapefruit, and a touch of gummy bears and Hi-Chew
