Grapes
A blend of grapes from Delaware, Steuben, Neo Muscat, Niagara, and Rosario Bianco 
Fermentation
Grapes are pressed directly into stainless steel tanks for fermentation, and a small amount of grapes are fermented on skins for 12 hours 
Aging
Aged for 7 months in tanks before bottling 
Flavor
Described as fresh, with tastes of pineapple, yuzu, and grapefruit, and a touch of gummy bears and Hi-Chew 
Food pairing
Pairs well with olive oil dressing fish dishes and root vegetables and squashes
