Applejack Vineyard is located on a dramatic slope and is closely planted and fastidiously managed. The basalt-based underlying volcanic soil and rock produce a  characteristically fine yet extended, spicy, and firm palate. Naturally high acidity, great flavor, and vibrant colors. Amazing quality.
