A cracking example of Pouilly-Fumé featuring everyone's favourite grape - Sauvignon Blanc (well not everyone!). Mineral tension in youth and becoming more rounded and richer with age. The clay-limestone terroir shines through from the first sip with a slight smokey note and then follows with a waft of grapefruit and kiwi. The wine to drink alongside some goats cheese from the Loire.
