BK Wines Ripasso is a unique, complex red wine that's made using a reverse Ripasso technique. It's created by refermenting a 2015 Shiraz wine on top of fresh Pinot Noir skins from 2020, essentially "repassing" the older wine over newer pressings. The result is a wine with notes of violets, wild herbs, and a chewy, tannic structure, often described as having an "oddly Nebbiolo-esque" flavor profile.
