Critic tasting note: "Bailly Lapiere is one of the major producers of Crémant in Bourgogne, and more than 400 growers contributed to this cuvée, a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and Gamay. This easy, friendly crémant had 1 year in bottle, and was finished with 9 g/L. Red apple, dough, lemon blossoms fill a soft palate, with creamy mousse, and a gentle nut finish.
